Amazing job!
I fully and enthusiastically recommend Ryan McDonnell and his team. Ryan came in as my 2nd lender on a 203k loan and saved the day. My 1st lender was completely incompetent, had no idea how to handle a 203k loan, and delayed our escrow 3 different times, almost losing the deal in the process. I noticed the difference with Ryan and his team immediately, they were smart, organized, and fast! He saved our deal and did what the other lender couldn't do, in a fraction of the time - CLOSE!
