I recently secured a mortgage loan through PRMG, working with sales manager Ryan McDonnel and Kelsie Tine. The entire process was seamless and efficient, thanks to their professional and secure online portal. The team was highly responsive and provided invaluable assistance throughout, especially when I was dealing with a very difficult seller. They took the time to explain specific loan terminology in a clear and understandable way, empowering me to make the best decision for my mortgage.

Ryan and Kelsie were great to work with and made sure we knew where we were in the process of the loan. We had a tight turnaround and they promised us they could get it done and did! They were both very kind and helpful as well as showing grace when my buyer really needed some due to their unique circumstances. I really appreciated all they did for my buyer in making sure they could start a new chapter!!
