I’ve never give five stars to any company or product, but if I could give you 10 stars, I would definitely do it! Ryan Mcdonald and Kelsie Tine With Prmg mortgage. Did the impossible….. they couldn’t even qualify for a rental! The new builder lender was unable to get a loan approval .. Even after saying they could and dangling closing costs, and all kinds of things, so the buyer would go with them ! When they came back saying they couldn’t do the loan … I knew the McDonnell team would close the deal when no one else can! But,Buyer really needed those closing costs as a first time buyer! Once the Builder heard it was Ryan McDonnell It was a no-brainer. They gladly transferred all the closing costs for buyer to use even though it wasn’t thier in-house lender! Ryan’s relationships with many people in the real estate industry gives us smooth sailing in every escrow! Not only did he get it fully underwritten, but he got it- Cleared to close within two weeks. Just like a cash deal! With a phenomenal interest rate on a credit score just under 600! I just don’t know how they do it but I’m glad they do it ! I’m glad they’re on my team! When I first came to Mr. McDonnell, my situation was very challenging and they made me feel like it’s not that big of a deal. They told me we can work with you and we are going to work with you and everything is going to be OK. They told me it might take a little more time but we for you. Everything that they told me they did. They didn’t give up on me when my situation became even more challenging. They said OK we just got to go back to the board reevaluate and figure this out and that’s what they did and now I am a home owner and I am getting my keys, and even with that they seemed just as excited if not more for me and that means a lot, I am looking forward to continue to do more work with them and I have already told multiple people about them.🥳🎉💞🎈🌟
