Simple and easy process and Ryan and team where able to complete a 14 day close!

There was internal confusion at your office regarding the amount of credit that could be given to the buyers at close of escrow. The fact that your wire had to be recalled caused a delay to our closing. This was unfortunate. I realize there are alot of moving parts and many things are out of your control however, this did cause confusion and frustration for my sellers. (I do not know if my other review was sent or now)

Ryan was very communicative and we always knew where the loan was in progress. Plus the fact this FHA loan was done in only 2 weeks! Good job would definitely recommend.

Being the middleman as a real estate agent my job is making sure all the parts are moving forward from escrow ,title ,lender, inspections , contingency dates etc. The one thing I don’t have to worry about when working with Ryan & Kelsie is the Loan!
