The BEST lenders are the ones that refer their working agents qualified buyer which is exactly what Ryan did. He referred me a pre-approved buyer and on the first showing, I put the buyer in escrow. From there Ryan was a superstar in processing the loan through from start to finish and keeping great communication with myself and the buyer! Transaction was as smooth as butter.
